Scuba Diving

Are you thinking about how to turn scuba diving into a career? Let the PADI Divemaster Course be your first step into a professional scuba diving level. Extend your diving knowledge and practice your skills to a professional level by interacting closely with your PADI instructors in the course. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership skills and makes you be able to supervise diving activities and assist instructors to teach students. The PADI Divemaster certificate is a required for obtaining both the PADI Assistant Instructor and the PADI Open Water Diver Instructor.

Course
In PADI Divemaster Course, you will learn the leadership skills of diving through class instruction and self-learning.  You will compete the underwater skills and endurance exercise, expand your organization and problem-solving skills, and help other divers improve their diving skills. By structured internships or series of practical exercises, you will turn what you have learned into concrete actions.

What course can you teach?
After being a certificated PADI divemaster, you will be able to:
Supervise training and non-training related activities by planning, organizing and guiding diving
Assist PADI instructors in the training unit of the PADI Diver Course
Teach PADI snorkeling divers and experiencing snorkeling lessons
Teach PADI discover local diving program
Teach Scuba Review Course
If you are a qualified discover scuba diving leader, you can lead discover scuba diving in swimming pool or in confined open water.
You will be able to teach PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty Courses after you get PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty Instructor certificate.
You will be able to individually guide 2 Open Water students to conduct guided diving tours of Open Water Diver training 2,3,4.   
Under the direct instruction of PADI Instructor, you can accompany Open Water student: - To swim from entry point to exit point and return/ practice Underwater Navigation 
When Instructor is guiding the techniques, ex. Ascending or descending, Dive Master can stay at the same spot with other students (individual or group).
Under the indirect instruction of PADI Instructor, you can accompany Open Water student during adventure diving or specialty training diving. 
Teach underwater specialty mission for PADI Seal Team
After completing the first diving with PADI Instructor and experience-diving student, under the indirect instruction of PADI Instructor and following the proportion of 2:1 ( Participant : Dive Master), you are able to instruct them the diving afterwards.
Right after completing EFR Emergency Instructor course, you can coach the EFR Emergency course.

Gears required
You will use all basic scuba diving gears, and some diving accessories, such as diving record board, dive knife and dive watch.
 
Strongly suggested that you own your scuba gears. Being familiar with personal gear will improve basic scuba diving skills. You can find almost everything you need at local diving center or resort. 
 
Requirement To attend this course, you have to:
be at least 18 years old 
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certificate (or any equivalent certification from other authority)
PADI Rescue Diver certificate ( or any equivalent certification from other authority)
Within the past 24 months, complete EFR Emergency primary care and secondary care course (or any equivalent certification from other authority)
Before the beginning of the course, at least 40 dives; before the certification being authorized, at least 60 dives.
Keep good health condition, and submit health examination report, which is signed by doctor in past 12 months.
